Home Program

The University may offer to faculty and staff the opportunity to purchase a University owned house under a long term lease agreement when it becomes available. We will contact individuals who have signed up to receive updates on University Owned Homes to notify them of an available property. Interest lists are organized by length of service, those with the longest continuous service with the University first.

Prior to viewing the home, all interested individuals should read and 
understand the University policy as well as the process documents available in Box.

purpose of University houses is to enable faculty and staff to live adjacent to the campus, allowing them close interaction with the campus community, more effective job performance, and full participation in campus life.
